DIY Gift Card Holder Ideas (Video)
I love giving gift cards to teachers at the end of the year, and to friends throughout the year. I think they’re a great way to let the recipient choose what they want, and they’re also a good way to give an “experience” gift rather than a “thing” gift. The only thing I don’t like about gift cards? They’re not very creative! Enter these fun and cute DIY gift card holder ideas. These are simple to make and they’ll take your gift card gifts to the next level.
In this video, I’m showing you how to make a coffee cup gift card holder, a mason jar gift card holder, a recycled pillow box and a cute felt envelope card holder.

I love giving and receiving gift cards. If you want my honest opinion, I don’t think they are impersonal – assuming you picked a gift card that your recipient will like! For example, don’t bother getting me a gift card to Bass Pro Shop. But I’ll take one to Starbucks. Ha! I do realize that some people feel like gift cards are a little impersonal, so I have a solution for you – add a personal touch with one of these DIY gift card holders.
Very cute! I love making my own gift card holders too. It’s like two gifts in one! Visiting from Creative Corner party.
