Flower Pot Wrapper & Tags Teacher Gift – Free Printable

Sadly, my Little C had to miss her last day of playschool this year because of her hospital stay. She was not happy at all about that, and I don’t blame her! Thankfully, we were able to meet with her sweet teacher last week and give her a small gift that Little C helped me with.

I made a flower pot wrapper with spaces for us to write what Little C thought of her wonderful teacher along with some cute little tags that we put on popsicle sticks to poke into the plant pot.

My adorable girl gave the cutest answers to the questions we wrote on the wrapper. My favourite? “My favourite thing about you is… being with you.” How sweet is that?

I’ve made this flower pot and tag teacher gift into a free printable for you to download! The file is a PDF, and the tags are on one page and the wrapper is two separate pages that you can tape together. This will fit a medium-sized plant pot, but you could cut down the sides of the wrapper if you want it to fit a smaller pot.
