French Country Inspired Mother’s Day Printable Card & Tags
Happy 1st of May! I love this month because it means that the grass will turn green, the leaves will leaf out and we’ll start to see flowers blooming. And, just as exciting: Mother’s Day is coming soon! Later this week I’ll share a Mothers Day idea for YOU, but today I wanted to share something that you could give to your own mom. These printable gift tags, labels and Mother’s Day card are French Country inspired and FREE for you to download!
I’ve been on a huge lavender kick lately (you’ll see what I mean later this week, too) and I’ve always loved anything French Country. I found a gorgeous set of watercolour graphics and decided that they’d be perfect to turn into some free printables for Mom.
I don’t know about yours, but my mom always prefers a live plant over a cut bouquet, so when I found this adorable lavender topiary at my local grocery store (Superstore), I thought it would make a great gift for Mother’s Day.
Then I found these sweet graphics and everything fell into place! In this printable set, I’ve included a Mother’s Day card, two rectangular gift tags, and two round gift tags – one of which is a great size to use as a wide-mouthed mason jar topper. Simply click on the image below to open a larger JPG file of this one page set, save it to your computer, and print it out on a sheet of 8 1/2 x 11″ cardstock. Make sure that you don’t resize the image or “shrink to page” when printing:
You can cut all of the elements out with scissors, and use a hole punch to make holes in the tops of the tags.
You can use the tags to label gifts, floral bouquets or plants, and I used the round tag as a topper for a jar of dried lavender buds in my lavender themed gift:
The possibilities are endless for a lavender or French Country themed Mother’s Day gift to go along with these printables, but I’m including a fresh lavender topiary, a mason jar of dried lavender buds, a bundle of faux lavender and a jar of lavender essential oil in mine.
