How to Make a Maple London Fog (Earl Grey Tea Latte)
Coffee is my best buddy most days. It’s my greatest friend during that nasty afternoon slump when I REALLY want to take a nap, but I can’t because I either have work to do, a house to tidy, and / or some toddlers to play with. Lately however, I’ve found a new drink that rivals my DIY coffee latte: a maple London Fog. OH MY! I’ve always wanted to try making a London Fog (it’s essentially an Earl Grey tea latte), and when I tried adding in some maple syrup it was extremely tasty. The verdict? I’m going to be drinking this every day too! It’s an especially lovely drink for Fall. It’s fragrant and rich. Ready to make your own?
You’ll Need:
- 1/2 cup of strongly brewed Earl Grey tea
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- handheld milk frother (affiliate link)
Make sure your tea’s nice and strong and that there’s lots of room left in your mug for milk.
Mix together the milk, syrup and the vanilla and heat them for a minute in the microwave.
Froth the milk mixture with your handheld frother (affiliate link) for a few seconds until it’s nice and foamy.
Pour the foamed milk into your tea.
Enjoy!

Do you know where that mug is from? I received one as a gift a while back and it just broke a couple weeks ago. ? I came here for the maple London Fog recipe but had to ask about your mug!!
