Video: Make an Easy Infinity Scarf (+ 9 More Easy DIY Gift Ideas)
‘Tis the season for whipping out the old sewing machine and plugging away at handmade Christmas gifts! One of my favourite gifts to give is STILL a DIY infinity scarf. They’re so quick to make (about 15 minutes), and it’s a lot of fun to find unique fabrics that will make your recipient happy. I made a new video tutorial for my infinity scarf technique, and I hope you enjoy it! These are so soft and cozy! This one was made from some fabric I had in my stash. It has a bit of stretch to it, which I love for an infinity scarf.
This little gift tag is from Tiny Prints (thanks, Tiny Prints!). Isn’t it the cutest?!

I thoroughly loved watching your tutorial video for making the scarf. The instructions were so clear and easy to follow. Such an impressive video!
Never enough scarves, your fabric is gorgeous for this one too! And how great is your video!!!
Fantastic! And I love the video!
Ah yes! Your famous infinity scarf! I wouldn’t mind getting one of these under the tree this year 😉
Do you think you could get away with 1.5 yards of fabric instead of 2? Love this scarf!
Thank you Sara! 2 yards of fabric seems to work great for the fullness of the scarf and putting it on. I feel like 1.5 yards might make it tight when putting the scarf on and you won’t achieve that full scarf look. 🙂 Let us know if you try it with the 1.5 yards.
